docs(work): date the Bing fix and add a Cloudflare crawl reading - #635

Experiment A still said gscdump Bing reads fail for every Site. gscdump dated the fixed-IP relay fix and skilld's ready datasets in its own brief, so the line now cites that record. Weekly step 2 read crawl stats only from the Search Console UI. A dated Cloudflare GraphQL baseline by status gives a second reading between UI exports, and the 403s it surfaced are OG image signature refusals.

Experiment A in the SEO recovery brief still said gscdump's Bing traffic and crawl reads fail for every Site. gscdump.com's
docs/work/EXECUTE-bing-search-data-expansion.mdrecords the fix: a fixed-IP relay, gscdump.com#628, shipped on 2026-10-01. Its 2026-10-10 audit found skilld.dev's Bing datasetsreadyfor 4 to 10 October. The line now gives those dates and that source.Weekly measurement step 2 read crawl stats only from the Search Console UI. It now adds a dated Googlebot reading from Cloudflare's GraphQL Analytics API, with the query text and a 2026-10-06 to 2026-10-12 baseline by response status. The reading cannot split discovery from refresh, so the UI stays the source for that share. A Log line dated 2026-10-13 records both readings.
