📚 Description

Replace the generic welcome email with Harlan’s approved founder note, titled “Welcome to skilld”. Keep the account action and route replies to harlan@harlanzw.com so recipients can suggest changes.

🤖 Agent checked the rendered welcome email at desktop and phone widths. The phone has no horizontal overflow. The screenshots show the approved wording and the account action.

The reply-routing regression failed before the repair and now passes through the actual email adapter to a test Cloudflare binding. This revised email has not been sent to a live recipient.
