📚 Description

New accounts can request one welcome email explaining saved Skills and watched changes. The unchecked onboarding choice sends one email with an account link, without changing weekly or monthly preferences.

A per-account delivery record prevents duplicate sends, preserves the consented address, and supports a separate signed unsubscribe link. Account deletion removes the record. There is no follow-up sequence or automatic enrollment of existing accounts.

Welcome flow: explicit consent, one claimed delivery, scoped unsubscribe, and account cleanup

The built onboarding page offers one unchecked welcome choice. Desktop and 375px phone previews have no horizontal overflow. An independent Agent reviewed all four original screenshots and found no material visual defect.

The email preview uses the real renderer. The onboarding screenshots use controlled account responses. They do not prove inbox-client rendering or a production send of this new message. Harlan confirmed that existing emails reach his inbox.

An independent code review found a concurrent-save recipient race and a stale consent timestamp during preparation retry. Both were repaired and covered by behavioral tests. Existing accounts receive no automatic welcome email.
