📚 Description

Source refresh overwrites author descriptions, preventing comparisons across versions. Preserve complete frontmatter by content hash, with source identity and observation times, including missing descriptions and invocation settings.

Backfill current complete snapshots and capture later snapshots through database triggers. Repository moves carry the history to the new identity; source removal retains it.
