📚 Description
A GitHub credential can read private repositories, but repository summaries omitted their visibility.
That allowed a readable private repository to reach public source consumers, including Jev evidence collection.
Request
isPrivateand reject private repositories before returning a summary.Missing visibility also fails closed.
Batch reads preserve public neighbors while omitting private results.
