Agent verification: the exported tree reader reconstructed the live PostHog tree ce264d9f903fc7f37283002e361d286592a8e3e6 into 66,286 entries, including 279 SKILL.md paths, in 45 GitHub reads. The exact candidate query returned 250 production rows in 59.9 ms. Both reads used immutable tree SHAs and changed no production data. |

Agent verification for the corrected tree reader: replaying the captured immutable PostHog trees reconstructed 66,286 entries. Every one of the 57,739 blob sizes matched GitHub. A separate exported-reader regression confirms repository page reads return the original partial tree in one request. The diagram is now attached as PNG. |

📚 Description
GitHub truncates large repository trees, leaving existing Skills outside refresh and their reference files unavailable. Durable Skill sync and asset refresh opt into bounded reads of immutable subtrees. The general refresh clock retries affected repositories and prioritizes public references without source commits.
Incomplete trees never become source snapshots. File sizes remain intact. Pages, discovery, and admission keep one bounded tree read.
