📚 Description

#520 tells chat agents with no shell to follow a Skill's markdown from get_skill. That path skipped the approval stop skilld run applies before remote code, credential reads, and the other behaviors that need approval.

The public skills.get answer now carries behaviors, the same list the Skill page shows, with each location's path and line. The MCP server instructions, the MCP section of /agent.md, and the skilld-registry Skill tell an agent to show any behavior with tier ask and wait for approval before it follows the Skill. The get_skill description only describes the field, since Claude's directory review rejects behaviour instructions in a tool description (#548). Fetch-only agents now read the JSON answer instead of the raw SKILL.md, so they get the behaviors too.

Every instruction states the scope: the site matches SKILL.md and the file names only, and skilld run checks every file.

The branch pins skilld-sdk 0.2.0, which skilld 3.6.5 published from skilld-dev/skilld#221. The contract's server schema requires behaviors, so the pin and the presenter ship together in this pull request.
