📚 Description

Bulk install commands from the site, API, and MCP fail in Agent runs when several Skills require selection.
Add --all to Repository, curator, and collection install commands so they explicitly request every listed Skill.
Single-Skill commands keep install. Skill behavior approval still applies.

🤖 Harlan Agent Kit checked the install handoff in a browser and scratch projects with released skilld 3.6.4.

• The production single-Skill page copied npx skilld install humanlayer/skills/show-me. Installation recorded verified, and its printed file path contained SKILL.md.
• The production Repository API returned npx skilld add antfu/skills. An Agent run stopped with SKILL_SELECTION_REQUIRED and wrote no Skills.
• The updated owner page displayed and copied npx skilld add antfu/skills --all.
• That command installed nine Skills with verified sources. Every printed file path was readable. Two Skills still required behavior approval; no --allow flag was supplied.
