📚 Description

The run and install rail on a Skill page was too busy. It stacked an agent logo row, three heading styles, two divider rules, a separate copy button, and bordered behavior chips. This pass keeps every action and removes the noise around them.

• The run prompt sits in a box shaped like the install command, with the copy button inside. The URL breaks after a slash, never inside a name. Both panel layouts render it through _SkillRunPrompt.vue.
• The agent logo row and the divider rules are gone. Spacing separates the sections.
• A failed run check shows as a note under the run box instead of a third bordered box.
• Fork and the registry link are quiet icon rows under install. The fork note is shorter, so it fits one line; COPY.md changes with it.
• The rail tabs use the rose selected state, like the mobile panel and /developers.
• Skill behaviors and the rail's Files heading use the Run and Install heading style. Behaviors are a plain list, and one that needs approval keeps full text colour.
• The mobile panel uses the same run box and drops the "Ask your Agent" label.

• Desktop rail at 1440 wide: run box, install box, fork and registry rows, and behaviors render without dividers or the logo row.
• The Claude tab switches the panel to the ZIP download, and the registry row follows it to "Search the registry from Claude".
• Mobile panel at 390 wide: the run URL wraps after skilld.dev/, never inside a name.
