fix(registry): keep file tree names on one line - #532

Conversation
A long file name wrapped mid-word, such as `shipreel.example.ym` over `l`, and top-aligned rows left chevrons and sizes above the label. Names now truncate in the middle and keep a tail that starts at a word boundary, so two similar names stay apart. Rows centre their contents.

Files kept a blank gap where folders had a chevron, so files looked indented next to folders. Chevrons now follow the folder file count, and the guide line runs under the parent folder icon. The truncated name head rounds down to whole characters, so the ellipsis sits flush against the tail.

📚 Description
The Files tree on a Skill page wrapped a long name mid-word, such as
shipreel.example.ymoverl. Rows aligned to the top, so chevrons and sizes sat above the label. Files also kept a blank gap where folders had a chevron, so files looked indented. Each row now stays on one line. A long name loses its middle and keeps its end, for example
pack…lock.json. The newsplitFileLabelstarts that tail at a separator when one fits, so similar names stay apart. Folder chevrons move after the file count, so file and folder names share one column. Row contents centre vertically, and folder rows show their path on hover like file rows.
