feat: sync the skilld Skill from skilld-dev/skilld - #521

skills/skilld in skilld-dev/skilld is the source of truth for the skilld Skill. This repository now declares it in .skills/skilld.json at a pinned commit, and skilld sync writes the verified copy to .skills/skilld with links for Claude Code, Codex, and opencode. CI fails when the copy drifts. The opencode evals found that an Agent without the Skill guesses skilld.dev/trending, which answered 404. It now redirects to the board.
skilld sync writes .skills, including a lockfile in its own YAML style. CI checks that directory with check:skills, so ESLint skips it.

📚 Description
The skilld Skill should have one source of truth, with every other copy synced from it.
skills/skilldin skilld-dev/skilld is that source. This repository now declares the Skill with skilld itself:.skills/skilld.jsonpinsskilld-dev/skilld/skills/skilldat commitfe3c82cf.pnpm sync:skillsrunsskilld sync. It writes the verified copy to.skills/skilld, records it in.skills/skilld-lock.yaml, and links it for Claude Code (.claude/skills), Codex (.agents/skills), and opencode (.opencode/skills). Every path stays in the repository, so a fresh clone needs no install step.declared-skillsCI job runspnpm check:skills. It fails when someone edits the copy by hand or changes the declaration without a sync.pnpm sync:skills.skilld@3.6.0throughpnpm dlx, which keeps the lockfile out of this change. The opencode evals in skilld-dev/skilld#213 found that an Agent without the Skill guesses
skilld.dev/trending, which answered 404. It now answers 301 to/skills/trending.AGENTS.mdrecords the sync rule and where the evals live.
