Tracked local output and superseded plans made the repository harder to navigate.
Remove 154 files, including database backups, screenshots, agent job records, daily reports, and obsolete seed and prototype scripts.
Ignore future local output and replace the old work roadmap with a short index.
Keep active briefs, immutable ADRs, operating procedures, measured baselines, and sources behind published articles.
Trim the superseded May pivot specification while preserving its remaining digest checks.
Share one identical Hookable 6 patch between both pinned versions. Keep the required runtime fixes.
