feat(registry): move demo media to R2 and add the lemo-opuscar film - #471

The lemo-opuscar run renders segments into a hidden .video_segs folder. When the Agent misses the named output file, the fallback took the newest MP4 anywhere, which could be one segment.
Harlan decided on #470 that the homepage demo stage links the Skill page, not the SKILL.md, because the Skill page is where visitors inspect a Skill. Principle 1 required a one-click source link on every surface.

Screenshots, posters and videos move to the skilld-demo-media R2 bucket under content-hashed names, served by its custom domain, which handles caching and the byte ranges video needs. The recorder uploads with cf. Output pages stay in the Worker, since they need the CSP sandbox header.

Loose ends from #470, plus moving demo media out of git.
lemo-opuscardemo. The third film, finished after feat(registry): add Skill demos to the Skill page and the homepage #470 merged: a 15 second Chinese ink wash short about a lighthouse keeper, made entirely in code. It is 2.8 MB, since rain and paper grain compress poorly; H.264 still beat VP9 and AV1 WebM on this clip at matched quality.skilld-demo-mediaR2 bucket, served from its custom domainmedia.skilld.dev, under content-hashed names so a URL never changes what it serves. Cloudflare serves the byte ranges iOS needs for video, and a zone cache rule (already live) gives the host a year of edge and browser cache. The recorder uploads withcf;public/demosis gone. Output pages stay in the Worker, because they need the CSP sandbox header. The bucket and domain already exist and hold the current media; the 2.5 MB that feat(registry): add Skill demos to the Skill page and the homepage #470 committed stays in history.lemo-opuscarrenders segments into a hidden.video_segsfolder.
