feat(home): cut the lifecycle band to three centered steps - #464

Six columns, each with a marker, a mono name, a bold pitch line, up to five lines of text and sometimes a command, read as too busy under the hero. Three steps with one short line each say the same thing, and the Developers menu still reaches Make and Build on.

📚 Description
The lifecycle band under the homepage hero had too much going on. Each of its six columns stacked a step marker, a mono name, a bold pitch line, up to five lines of text and sometimes a command.
The band now has three steps: Find Skills, "Run, Fork or Install" and Keep up to date. Each step shows its name and one short line, and from 1024px the three columns sit centered under the hero. Find Skills now links
/skills, like the header link. Make and Build on leave the band; the Developers menu still links both.COPY.md,DESIGN.mdandGLOSSARY.mdrecord the new steps.COPY.mdkeeps the old pitch lines in one row, because theDESIGN.mdmotifs pair with them.
