style(home): condense the hero - #460

The hero stacked five rows under the H1. The verb line repeated the lifecycle band directly below it, and the claims line carried four items. The hero now keeps the H1, the caption, the search field and a claims line of three items.

Harlan found the home hero too busy. It stacked five rows under the H1, and the verb line repeated the lifecycle band directly below it. The hero now keeps the H1, the caption, the search field and one claims line.
/cli#run,/cli#installand/cli#update, and the Developers menu links/cli./vs/skills-shlink and the "Teach your agent skilld" popover.COPY.mddrops the verb line and CLI link rows and updates the caption and claims rows.DESIGN.mdupdates the centered hero rule.
