feat(badge): draw the prompt caret and add a flat style - #458

Conversation
README badges still drew the retired rose chevron that DESIGN.md bans. They now draw the caret and dot from shared/brand-mark.ts. A 22px badge with fixed colours also could not sit in a row of shields.io badges, so style=flat matches their geometry and labelColor, color and logoColor take shields-style hex values.

📚 Description
README badges still drew the retired rose chevron, which DESIGN.md bans since the mark moved to the prompt caret and rose dot. A badge is also 22px with fixed colours, so it cannot sit inline in a row of shields.io badges, and maintainers cannot match it to their own README.
shared/brand-mark.ts, with the dot in the rose shade DESIGN.md pairs with the fill.?style=flatrenders shields.io's default flat geometry: 20px, 11px Verdana with a drop shadow, and the light gloss.labelColor, colorandlogoColortake shields-style hex values, with or without#. Text turns white or stone to stay readable on the chosen fill. Values that are not hex are ignored.Nuxt SEO's module READMEs will use
?style=flat&labelColor=16152b&color=00a63e&logoColor=ffffffto match their shields row.
