feat(nav): make the Developers menu a bento, one Make a skill entry - #455

Conversation
Five same-size cards read as five equal choices. CLI, MCP server and SDK are ways to connect; Make a skill and Skillgen serve one maintainer goal. The menu now stacks the connect paths as compact rows beside one large Make a skill card, and /make-skill routes to the guides or to the Skillgen GitHub App.

📚 Description
Harlan found the Developers menu from #450 too uniform. Five cards of one size read as five equal choices. Make a skill and Skillgen also serve one maintainer goal, so they now share one entry.
/make-skill. The page is the one entry for authors. Under "What is your Skill for?", a second question, "Already ship a package Skill?", links/skillgenwith a GitHub App badge. It sits apart from the guides because Skillgen only updates a Skill that exists; the Worker skips other repositories withEXISTING_SKILL_REQUIRED. The npm package step also points to Skillgen./skillgen. A "Make a skill" link above the H1 returns to/make-skill.COPY.mdandDESIGN.mdrecord the bento and the new strings. The mobile menu lists four items.
