docs(skills): add retriv Skill - #21

Agents misuse retriv in ways the README does not warn about: TypeScript 7 breaks code chunking, the FTS5 drivers need Node 22.16, hybrid scores are RRF values, returnContent is a snippet, and pgvector builds an empty index. The Skill records each tested trap for 0.15.0 and ships in the package. The README tip now points at skilld.dev, and a badge links the Skill page.
An independent review found a false pgvector filter claim and four gaps that give silent wrong results: the post-filter window on Upstash and Cloudflare, low pgvector recall that REINDEX does not fix, sqlite-fts RRF scores, and missing reranker coverage. Each fix was re-measured on 0.15.0. Lower-value traps were merged or cut to stay near the size aim.

skills/retriv/SKILL.md, tested against 0.15.0, and ships it in the npm package throughfiles.The README's old
npx skilld add retrivtip now links the Skill page, and a skilld.dev badge sits after the others. Once this merges, Skillgen can keep the Skill current after each release tag. The package bugs found while writing it are in #20.
