The redundant parameters in LCA are there because LCAProxy need to build a PMQueryProxy with them but the LCAProxy class itself doesn't (and can't) inherit from PMQueryProxy. Thus the solution was to replicate PMQuery parameters into LCA.
In this PR we change this by merging PMQuery parameters when getting LCA parameters in SystemParameters.cc.
