Adds a Helm chart for stateless Iceberg and DuckLake query workers: a Deployment with independent in-memory DuckDB instances, ephemeral spill storage, and existing Secrets for TLS/authentication and catalog bootstrap. Image tags or digests are explicit; no PVCs are created.
Adds full Kubernetes E2E CI on two-node k3s clusters through k3d. Separate jobs deploy Apache Iceberg REST or a PostgreSQL DuckLake catalog with real S3-backed Parquet, install the chart, and query through TLS PostgreSQL, Arrow Flight SQL, and the standard ADBC Flight SQL driver. Tests exercise Service DNS and both replicas, new external commits, authentication and secret-file isolation, read-only attachments, and queries after worker replacement/reconnect.
The E2E tests caught a missing Iceberg runtime dependency; the scratch image now includes
librt.so.1.Validation: strict Helm lint, rendering/negative configuration tests, Ruff checks, a checkout-built native ARM64 image, both complete local k3s catalog scenarios, and the existing real-client Docker smoke suite.
