The quick-start instructions still told testers to ask Ali for a TestFlight invite. They now link directly to the existing public group and identify the matching v0.3.0 Windows release and iPad build 143.
The organizer guide records the completed App Store Connect setup, enabled public link, and pending Apple review so future handoffs do not request duplicate apps, keys, or uploads.
Validation: release-version parity and generated TestFlight notes checks passed; the public-group assignment, build upload, review submission, and notification setting were verified against App Store Connect.
