My most recent and most ambitious project — released this week.
A System-One decision intelligence model built from scratch in PyTorch — not a wrapper around an LLM. Give it a state (text and/or JSON) plus a set of typed questions, and it answers all of them in a single inference pass, returning probability distributions, calibrated confidence, and schema-constrained outputs.
