Padipps now ships reusable study software with one fictional observation sample. This removes bundled engineering packs, exercise materials and curriculum screenshots from the current release, while preserving imported-pack storage keys and revision-specific learner histories.

Users keep their curriculum in a repository they control. The new local builder reads only pack.json metadata and sessions.json lesson data, validates a version 1 pack and refuses to overwrite an existing output. The README and pipeline guide explain local conversion/import, repository authentication staying in the user's own Git tools, and optional tutoring through each operator's own Codex connection. Fresh application screenshots show the neutral sample and import screen.

Validation: 72 behavioral tests pass with loopback access; syntax, whitespace, full-history publication audit and a 26-asset static build pass. Independent code, adversarial content/storage-boundary and UX/documentation review passed. Existing CI remains unchanged, pinned and narrowly permissioned. The current public tree contains no private curriculum, maintainer curriculum URL or account configuration.

Earlier releases intentionally made generic engineering material public. This removes current copies without rewriting Git history or deleting existing browser data; prior commits, forks and downloads remain public. No newly authored private curriculum is included in this PR. The user explicitly authorized separating content and merging the related release.
