The README now shows the running application and lists the features available in the public release. Four unedited screenshots cover the practice library, notebook, focus room and source-linked book reveal. Captions identify synthetic notes and the QA timer so the images do not imply personal study progress.
Setup and storage guidance now distinguishes hosted study from opt-in local Codex tutoring, including supported CLI/platform limits and backup behavior. Capture provenance and contributor instructions explain how to replace screenshots without publishing personal records.
The publication guard admits only the exact manually reviewed JPEG hashes at their documented paths. A regression test rejects altered bytes, appended metadata and renamed files. The static build remains the same 27-asset allowlist; no application runtime or curriculum content changed.
Validation: 74 tests passed; syntax, documentation file links, Git diff checks, current-file/reachable-history publication audit and static build passed. Captured and visually reviewed all four images from an isolated QA session with chat disabled. The screenshots contain no personal records or account details, and JPEG header review found no EXIF, XMP, ICC or comment segments.
