Padipps now offers an optional 31-lesson engineering pack across six tracks, with self-contained unsolved exercises. The original starter pack stays unchanged so existing notebook histories keep their identity.
Lesson conversations use each installer's own explicitly enabled local Codex CLI. Default startup has no model connection, and GitHub Pages offers a manual prompt without contacting localhost. The adapter isolates startup context, disables executable tools, validates request and event shapes, pins the verified CLI version, and cancels the process group.
Added setup, privacy, security, architecture, contribution and track documentation; publication guards; and a pinned GitHub Pages workflow that deploys only 27 browser assets. Private source routing, learner records, local paths, auth/configuration and archives are excluded.
Validation: 72 automated tests, syntax/build/publication checks, reachable Git-history scan, all six browser filters, starter/engineering conversation isolation, desktop and 375px layout, and one synthetic live macOS tutoring response. Linux live-model operation remains unverified; Windows local chat is disabled. This does not certify learner understanding or replace security review.
