Functionality inherited from the private upstream (content never crosses):
- Hero thinned to one-thing-first: countdown -> the Sanctum -> rule -> progress
(heroMission/heroReframe elements removed; renderer null-guards verified).
- Quote card ('the Inscription') now lives in Reflect beside the Mirror.
- The 7-control hero syncbar collapsed into 'the Sandhi' details-zone at the
page foot - every handler preserved, dock keeps live sync status.
- Emoji discipline: one per section lintel, zero on card h2s; demo-persona
wording untouched.
- Spacing scale (--sp-1..5, --section-gap); .hero-one border 5px->3px.
- Quick Reference -> 5 closed zones (all 23 links preserved); week planner
recedes behind a closed zone (#weekGrid + ids untouched).
- Motion restraint: reveal 14->8px, gold underline deleted, chevron transition
gated behind motion-ok; reduced-motion reset + 3s force-reveal intact.
- design_system.md: the Lamps Lit era + the 12-widget name registry (forks may
rename; nothing depends on the names).
- docs/INHERITANCE.md: the downstream half of the pipeline contract - this
template inherits functionality per era through two mandatory gates (the
upstream's private deny-list scan + this repo's generic pii-scan in CI).
README points at it.
Gates: scripts/pii-scan.sh clean; the upstream private deny-list gate clean
against this tree; all dashboard/*.json parse; node --check clean; live-rendered
with zero console errors.
