The floating launcher could render while its fully transparent AppKit window backing remained outside the mouse hit region. Give that launcher a near-clear backing, and keep the edit toolbar at the same height as the normal toolbar so entering edit mode does not move queue rows beneath a held pointer.

The native test driver now resolves all exact-label candidates, stops on pointer/owner interference, and uses its existing bounded scroll path to reveal clipped drag rows and lazy dock headers. Exact value, semantic hit, stable-frame, priority-order, and timing assertions remain in place. Timeout diagnostics no longer dump unrelated nearby application/menu labels.

Validation for current head 470b1ebc81b8fbccd1d22020de784ed6811a7859:

• Independent source review passed, including the two subsequent driver visibility corrections. The latest driver compiles successfully, and local bundle-readiness passed against the exact unchanged candidate app.
• The production source and built app bundle are byte-identical to reviewed 6fad231d2859c6ba383204a47e2792593e063063. Its non-native gauntlet passed 19 receipts: 172 unit tests plus five reliability reruns, 7 product evals, 32 browser cases plus 160 repeats, native self-test/build/validator, fresh MCP, and dependency audit with zero production advisories. That original receipt remains explicitly partial and retains its original revision.
• Fresh exact-head CI passed both plugin and macos-companion jobs in workflow 38365252819. Its published 7-case eval artifact is green/clean at GitHub synthetic merge ee9985ca898de2eb899ceb6e3609ce854e292960, with verified parents [e5a9479,470b1eb] and exact reviewed tree 054ca6df84dfdcf7da5d7dd9d203afc443cd5e9e; the artifact revision is not relabeled.
• Four baseline/candidate launcher appearance pairs passed qualitative native review. The original stationary-row and priority-preservation checks, followed by both real drag journeys and persisted-order checks, passed in subsequent bounded runs. The later dock-header lookup exposed the driver prerequisite issue corrected here.

Native acceptance is deferred and remains incomplete: the full original UI journey must pass on the final driver, followed by fullscreen and performance journeys and an edited-card visual check. Earlier pointer-displacement aborts and later lookup failures remain recorded separately. Private state and visual preferences are unchanged; the previous installed app and rollback remain intact. This PR stays draft, with no merge, native installation, binary release, or distribution claim.
