Cut the pending changelog entries as version 3.5.4 and bump the version in setup.py from 3.5.3 to 3.5.4.
Passes a configured CA certificate path through to the Core Agent binary as a --ca-cert flag when launching it as a subprocess, mirroring the existing --log-file/--config-file/--socket handling.

Cuts the pending
core_agent_ca_certentry as 3.5.5 and bumps the version insetup.py(3.5.4 → 3.5.5).Included:
core_agent_ca_certconfig option to pass--ca-certto the Core AgentStacked on top of the ca_cert PR (#855), which is itself stacked on the 3.5.4
release (#857). Merge order: #857 → #855 → this.
