Rename the Pending section to 1.0.0, fix its PR-number references (the issue numbers were used instead), and align wording/tense with the rest of the changelog. Found during a pre-release audit; see PR description for the full list of findings not addressed here. The four already-merged PRs (#21–#24) are solid and worth shipping now rather than sitting behind further review. A pre-1.0 audit of the whole CLI (two independent live-account passes) turned up four more substantial issues plus a longer polish list — tracked in #26, #27, #28, #29 — that we'd rather land before calling anything "1.0, stable." So: ship this as 0.5.0 now, fix #26–#29, then cut 1.0.0.
