Summary

  • Connected Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, and Microsoft 365 cards on /organization/integrations get a Manage button that opens the existing /organization/integrations/[provider] page (exports, Slack channel, notifications, Sync History). Nothing linked to it before.
  • Every connected card shows its latest sync result: "Last sync {date}", or "Last sync failed {date}" in red.
  • A connection in error status (token refresh failed, set by the Microsoft OAuth refresh) now says "Access expired. Reconnect to keep syncing." and its button reads Reconnect.
  • The list and the provider page share MANAGEABLE_PROVIDERS, so the list never links a page that 404s.

Why

The integration activity view was built but unreachable. This closes the "link it and show sync state on the list" part of SCO-157.

Not in this PR (still open on SCO-157)

  • Manage pages for Shopify and Discord (the provider page doesn't support them yet).
  • An org-wide activity view across providers, and the nav error badge.

Verification

  • bun run lint passes
  • bun run check passes (0 errors)
  • bun run test:run: 2038 pass, including 8 new tests for latestSyncByConnection and isManageableProvider. The 10 local recent-searches failures are pre-existing (Node v26 localStorage) and pass in CI.
  • Not exercised in the browser: needs an org with live integration connections.

Test plan

  • With Slack connected, open /organization/integrations: card shows Manage and Disconnect; Manage opens the Slack page.
  • Trigger a Google Sheets export, return to the list: "Last sync" shows that time.
  • Shopify connected: no Manage button, Re-sync and Disconnect unchanged.

…e page

The per-provider page (exports, Slack channel, notifications, sync
history) was built but nothing linked to it. Connected Google Sheets,
Slack, Notion, and Microsoft 365 cards now have a Manage button, every
connected card shows its latest sync result, and a connection whose token
refresh failed says so and offers Reconnect instead of a bare Connect.
The list and the provider page share one provider list, so the list never
links a page that 404s.
