Add a self-contained hist2d package that renders 2D histograms as terminal heatmaps, plus its CLI, tests, and docs. - Rename the module/import identifier Hist2D -> hist2d. - New hist2d package (formatter + argparse CLI), shipped in the wheel and sdist. - New tests: tests/test_hist2d.py, tests/test_cli2d.py, tests/conftest.py. - Wire up the hist2d console script, mypy scope, and packaging config.
