"Internal Server Error" when inspecting Matterhorn spectra

I'm consistently getting an "Internal Server Error" for https://inspector.desi.lbl.gov/matterhorn/spectra/234508817268742,234508821463043,234514827706368?format=html&plotnoise=1

When I inspect the first two and the third spectra separately, it works just fine. It also works for the DR1 version of these spectra.
