When plotting spectra, make plotnoise=1 the default with plotnoise=0 as an option to turn it off. Adjust the Prospect colors so that the noise spectrum is visually more subtle. The green default is bright enough that it can draw too much attention, looking like the spectrum itself, especially when the noise is large.
I had originally not included the noise to make the downloads faster and because I didn't like how it looked, but that means that the smoothing doesn't work well (can't include noise-weighting) and can lead to large spike distractions like desihub/desispec#2782.
