feat: clarify runtime status texts

Summary

• Step titles now use continuous forms that describe what devloop is doing right now (e.g. create worktree -> creating worktree, pass 1/5 commit -> pass 1/5: committing changes), so the live spinner reads as an action in progress
• Renamed the opaque name work spinner label to naming the branch and the bare working fallback to devloop working
• Detail strings now state outcomes instead of bare acknowledgements: the PR lookup distinguishes found <url> from no open PR found, will create draft, commits report changes committed/nothing to commit, agent failures point to the log, and a missing verdict says no verdict found in review instead of MISSING
• Gate labels clarified: naming -> branch name, pass N verdict -> pass N review verdict

Test plan

• bash scripts/devloop_test.sh passes (no assertions depended on the old strings)
