These findings are corrected in this PR. Root and origin errors include directory context, advice is platform neutral, read callers and --project all recovery are documented, and the failed/successful TCC attempts are separated by PID and artifact. Test-review findings also removed an assertion that merely repeated unsupported control flow and replaced a six-second successful-response fixture with a short bounded delay. Do not add wording-only tests as a substitute for semantic and evidence review. This issue records a review gap; no current code defect is deferred.
