gate-miss: PR #309 sequential TCC permission acceptance #311

Open

Description

@samzong

PR: #309
Found at: pre-merge
Signal: manual-verification
Defect: A five-second Git probe could exit before a folder-access response was persisted, and a later unanswered folder prompt could fail the first sync without useful installation or status guidance.
Expected check: none
Class: too-costly
Conversion: Keep sequential folder-access acceptance as a manual macOS check; revisit automation after another permission-related regression or when a stable isolated TCC fixture becomes available.

The PR uses a 60-second probe deadline, immediate first kickstart, sequential-prompt guidance, last-exit reporting, and retry instructions. A first run accepted Documents but failed at Downloads. One retry with the unchanged binary completed after the owner-authorized acceptance watchdog matched all Recall folder prompts. No agent changed system permissions. CI cannot currently reproduce this user-interactive TCC flow reliably. Source warnings during the successful run do not prove complete adapter coverage; recheck affected sources once their local prerequisites are available.
