Release document deletion in the prepared, unpublished 0.2.0 version. Add row actions and a styled bilingual confirmation dialog, progress/error states, mobile support and local draft/file cleanup. Live deletion uses the protected DELETE proxy endpoint; active analyses cannot be deleted.

Finalize 0.2.0 notes with the feature, workflow correction and API deployment requirement, removing duplicate generated entries and already released 0.1.1 changes. The version remains 0.2.0 because that prepared release has not yet been tagged or published.

API dependency: samankassou/wida-api#1 (merged as 7d884743372692bee3d4c8eaa877d496842e4e93).

Validation: frozen-lockfile installation, ESLint, 86 frontend tests, route types, TypeScript, production build and release-note extraction pass. Earlier browser verification confirmed the styled dialog, Cancel focus and Escape dismissal. API: 180 tests passed; six external PostgreSQL integration tests skipped. Live authenticated deletion and cloud storage have not yet been smoke-tested.
