The runpod org now has an IP allow list, and GitHub-hosted runners are outside it. Any job that calls the GitHub API from them fails with
the runpod organization has an IP allow list enabled, even with the defaultGITHUB_TOKEN. This moves every job toblacksmith-2vcpu-ubuntu-2404, the label runpod/main-ui and runpod/runpod-assistant already use.actionlint (run by the Nix checks) rejects unknown runner labels, so
.github/actionlint.yamldeclares the Blacksmith labels. The sandboxed check has no.gitfor actionlint to find its config, so the check passes it with-config-file.Validate PR titlefails on this PR because it runsmain's copy of the workflow, which is still on a GitHub-hosted runner. It passes once this merges.
