The serverless E2E tests create their temporary endpoint with workersMax=1, so the autoscaler can only ever keep a single worker up. Allow up to 3 workers so CI runs exercise multi-worker scaling.

The serverless E2E test script (
scripts/serverless_e2e_test.py) creates its temporary RunPod endpoint withworkersMax=1, capping the autoscaler at a single worker for every CI test run.Bumps it to 3 so serverless CI runs can scale up to 3 workers (workersMin stays 0, so endpoints still scale to zero between/with no jobs).
Single-line change:
