Initialize provisioned volume bindings before user code across workers. Active task work can run indefinitely, including after the client disconnects. Idle cleanup applies to pods waiting for submission or holding uncollected results.
Deletion failures keep the runtime alive for retries. Exit requires a successful control-plane acknowledgment. Related: CON-1751, CON-1752.
