VozPay

Voice-first stablecoin payments over WhatsApp, settled on Solana.

Send USDC by sending a WhatsApp voice note. Built for the Dev3pack Global Hackathon (May 8-10, 2026).

How it works

1. The user sends a voice note to the WhatsApp bot.
2. Whisper transcribes it.
3. A small LLM extracts a structured intent (action, amount, recipient).
4. A USDC SPL transfer is built and signed by a Privy server wallet.
5. The transaction is submitted on Solana devnet.
6. The transfer is logged on-chain via the record_tx instruction of our Anchor program (vozpay-core), enforcing daily/monthly per-tx caps.
7. ElevenLabs synthesises a confirmation audio that the bot replies with.

End to end: typically a few seconds on devnet.

Local development

Requires Node.js 24 LTS, pnpm 9, and (for Anchor work) Rust + Solana CLI + Anchor 0.31 in WSL.
