release: prepare Switchboard 0.2.0 - #14
Conversation
Set the version to 0.2.0 in both package files and title the changelog section 0.2.0. Platform status now names v0.2.0, whose native adapters were rechecked on macOS and in a Debian 12 ARM64 VM. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Update the 0.2.0 release workflow examples
For the 0.2.0 release, only this platform heading was updated: the same maintainer guide still instructs maintainers to record a v0.1.0 tag at line 233 and the optional-candidate workflow at lines 283–305 still says to prepare, publish, and stabilize 0.1.0. Following the repository's documented release procedure can therefore produce the wrong tag or attempt to downgrade/publish the already-released version; update those operational examples to the 0.2.0 release before shipping.

Prepare Switchboard 0.2.0 for release with GPT-6 and Opus 5.5 routing, interactive configuration, compatibility repairs through
doctor, experimental self-hosted Laya, and the Codex title-request fix.The README now reports measured Jev classification overhead: 0.55-second median latency, 0.67-second p95, and approximately US$0.62 per 1,000 classifications including reporting tags. These are classifier measurements; actual latency and cost vary. No accuracy, execution-success, or savings claim is added.
Jev questions describe capability roles without naming executor models. Route checks exercised all four configured tiers and the insufficient-context fallback. The default 0.70 confidence thresholds and conservative fallback remain unchanged. The full end-to-end efficiency benchmark is outside these route-only results.
Validation on the updated release candidate:
npm test: 312 tests passed on Node 22.18.0.npm run test:package: typecheck, build, package allowlist, isolated global install, npx execution, initialization, and policy validation passed.git diff --check: passed.0603c7b.Native adapter checks for the included earlier changes are recorded in #9, #10, #12, and #13 for macOS and Debian 12 ARM64 with the native sandbox. Hosted CI passed on
e9d4ddeacross macOS/Linux with Node 22.18 and 24, including the animation check.Version 0.2.0 is set in both package files and the platform documentation. This PR does not publish npm, a release tag, or the Homebrew tap. Those steps follow
docs/distribution.mdafter owner authorization. The companion website update is switchboard-website#1; deploy it after the 0.2.0 package becomes publicly available.
