LOGOS could silently remove valid source comments, insert executable C from contract text, or overwrite source/contracts through aliased output paths. This change preserves source text, accepts only ACSL annotation insertions, and rejects artifact collisions, including hardlinks. It also fixes header cursor offsets, existing

--check-dependenciescommand lets AutoDeduct check libclang/Frama-C before model generation.Validation: 44 LOGOS tests pass on macOS and Linux; AutoDeduct host/Docker checks accept complete proofs and reject incomplete proofs through the updated wrapper. No live model calls or API adapter were added.
