Keep antigravity, claude-code, codex-app, codex-cli, omp, opencode, pi. Remove windsurf, windsurf-jetbrains, cursor, cursor-cli, copilot-cli, copilot-app, copilot-vscode, copilot-intellij, claude-desktop, gemini-cli, local-project. - manifest.example.yaml pruned to 7 agents with pi/omp/codex blocks - add codex-cli, omp, pi kernels; drop copilot-global kernel - validate-kernel-skill-coherence.sh TOOL_AGENTS/FILE_AGENTS arrays - validate.sh portable parent-dir fix - bootstrap-symlinks, sync.sh, lib/sync.sh, validate-shell-safety prune removed-agent references - docs/canonical-paths.yaml pruned to 7 agents - content/mcp/.env.example drops windsurf memory path
Split TOOL_AGENTS vs FILE_AGENTS skill invocation semantics so skill
loading is agent-agnostic instead of hardcoding Claude Code behavior.
- 17 subagent bodies + _TEMPLATE + git-requests step-0 neutralized
- subagent targets pruned to {opencode, claudecode, codex}
- skill-router 3.1->3.2 and governance 2.4->2.5 version bumps
- boot-manifest.yaml, content/rules/README.md, runner-matrix, _TEMPLATE
- skill-invocation-matrix validation rows updated to 7 agents
English-only content/ and docs/ policy (ADR governance invariant 6/10).
