Opens one submission arm for each call for papers found on 26 Oct 2026 for the question "how do we navigate opaque, co-optive, irreducibly triadic environments?". That is 19 arms; one of them, Information & Organization "Algorithmic Assemblages", is a stub because its deadline appears to have passed. submissions/README.md lists them by due date, and CALENDAR.md carries them in date order.

What each arm contains

  • cfp/README.md: a digest of the organizers' page. Raw copies are kept in cfp/source/, which is gitignored.
  • ABSTRACT.md: sized to the call, with a citation-check table.
  • ARGUMENT.md: P1, P2 and C, with source-card paths.
  • OUTLINE.md: sections with word budgets.
  • FLAGS.md: deadline, concurrency, evidence and fit cautions.
  • README.md: the call's dates.

How it was made

  • Subagents read the calls, pulled cards, mapped overlap with the OT paper, audited citations, ran the mechanical checks and ran a cross-arm audit (Fable).
  • The main session wrote every abstract, argument and outline. All of it is tagged [DRAFTED by Claude] for the author's read-aloud.
  • Citation and rule fixes from the audits are applied.
  • Prose findings are not applied. They are recorded with the rulings the author needs in submissions/CFP_AUDIT_2026-10-26.md.

Urgent, author's call:

  • FAccT registration, 27 Oct AoE
  • ECIS, 30 Oct (concurrency clause)
  • ILPC, 31 Oct
  • SASE MC09, 1 Nov (or Network J, 16 Dec)
  • Organization Science AI-Enabled Frontiers, 1 Nov

Nothing has been submitted anywhere.

Checks

  • python tools/build_index.py --check and python tools/build_map.py --check both pass.
  • The secret scan of the staged diff is clean.
  • No PDFs or extracted full text are committed.
  • There are no numeric results and no ci/reproduce.json change.

The Exetasis arm is not touched. It moved to v5.2 on its own branch (#851).

Opens one arm per call for papers found on 26 Oct 2026 for the question
"how do we navigate opaque, co-optive, irreducibly triadic environments?"
Each arm holds a CFP digest (read from the organizers' pages, raw copies
gitignored), ABSTRACT.md sized to the call, ARGUMENT.md (P1, P2, C with
card paths), OUTLINE.md, FLAGS.md and a README with the call's dates.
The I&O "Algorithmic Assemblages" call is a stub: its deadline appears
to have passed.

All prose is Claude's draft, tagged [DRAFTED by Claude], for the
author's read-aloud. Subagents did the CFP digests, card pulls, OT
overlap map, citation audit, mechanical check and a cross-arm audit;
the main session wrote every abstract, argument and outline. Citation
and rule fixes from the audits are applied; prose findings are not
(no AI-review -> AI-rewrite loop) and are recorded in
CFP_AUDIT_2026-10-26.md with the rulings the author needs to make.

Also: submissions/README.md gains a due-date-ordered table of the
arms; CALENDAR.md gains their rows in date order; .gitignore ignores
submissions/*/cfp/source/. Nothing has been submitted anywhere.

The up-to-date proposal lives in the author's Google Doc:

README, PROPOSAL and TECHNICAL_APPENDIX now say the doc supersedes the v3 draft here.
