berthon_ethics_paper: four statements outdated by the Nadella workstream (#850) #862

#850 (merged) updated every stated count to the regenerated indexes (583 cards, 32 clusters, 291 uncited, 204 Nadella cards). These four sentences need more than a number change, so they are left for the author:

1. README.md:71 — "Most are the design-ethics arm's background reading" no longer holds: of the 291 uncited cards, dxd_foundation has 163 and design ethics 118.
2. nadella/CORPUS.md:67-69 — "the 7 facet-G sources that have no card" is now 5 (Ananny & Crawford and Endsley 1995 matched cards); it also says CARDS.md lists the G and V1 cards, but CARDS.md now covers all facets.
3. consolidation/CONFLICTS.md:208 — "carded twice": some clusters hold three cards (e.g. Alfrink, Bainbridge).
4. literature/cards/README.md:14 — describes dxd_foundation/ as "only the 35 cards" DXD Part 2 cites; still true for Part 2, but the folder now holds 196 cards.

Also: two folders now target the same Org Sci AI-Enabled Frontiers call (orgsci_ai_frontiers_methods/ and proposals/orgsci_ai_2026/) — see #860.
