Org Sci AI-Enabled Frontiers (due 1 Nov): [REPOSITORY URL] placeholder and nonexistent code paths #860

Open before the 1 Nov deadline:

1. [REPOSITORY URL] placeholder remains in submissions/orgsci_ai_frontiers_methods/PROPOSAL.md (lines 3, 38) and TECHNICAL_APPENDIX.md (line 3). (Flagged in that folder's FLAGS.md:22.)
2. The technical appendix cites irreducibility/*.py, encode/* and examples/*, which do not exist in this repo. The v6 export added in File the Organization Science AI-Enabled Frontiers Stage 1 package #858 (submissions/proposals/orgsci_ai_2026/) cites the same paths and names an irreducibility-pipeline repo at v0.1-stage1. Paths that do exist: org_frontier/classifier/, ci/reproduce.json.
3. File the Organization Science AI-Enabled Frontiers Stage 1 package #858 says orgsci_ai_2026/ supersedes the v3 text but leaves both in place — decide which is canonical.
