Part of #46. This translates all 152 keys in en.ts on main into Korean, up from 16. When Korean is selected, every string extracted so far now shows in Korean, including those on the Tasks and Memory pages.

• "Memory" is 메모리, the word that ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini use for this feature in Korean (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). People who try Talorys have likely seen it in those apps.
• "Learned in chat" is 채팅에서 저장 ("saved in chat"), because 학습, the literal translation of "learned", would read as training the model.
• The short mobile label for Automations is 예약 ("schedule"), as in 예약됨 ("scheduled"), the Korean name of ChatGPT's scheduled tasks page.
• Status messages use short phrases such as 메모리 저장됨 ("Memory saved") and 할 일 삭제됨 ("Task deleted"). writeMessage joins the parts of a save message with " · ", and full sentences read badly between the dots.
• I placed each placeholder so that no particle depends on the inserted value. For example, in “{title}” 할 일이 영구적으로 삭제됩니다, the word 할 일 ("task") comes between the title and the particle 이, so the particle never has to change to 가.
• memory.olderKept has only other, since Korean has a single plural category.
• A memory item (a "fact" in the English copy) is 정보, and the Facts category is 사실.

The keys that #85 adds are not on main yet. I'll translate them once it lands.

I ran npm test -w @talorys/web, tsc --noEmit -p apps/web and npm run lint, and all three pass. I also opened Tasks, the task editor and Memory in Korean on the local stack at desktop and mobile widths, and no label overflowed or was cut off.
