Claude discovers subagents from an agents/ directory, so lore now links
<name>.md files from their source repo into ~/.agents/agents/ and fans
them out to every registered account, or to a single one with --account.

init, init --account and accounts sync ensure each account's agents/ is
a real directory holding a re-link per shared agent. Real files already
there are never migrated or overwritten, and a symlinked agents/ is left
alone.

The relink/unlink primitives in wire.rs are generalised over the account
subdirectory so skills and agents share one implementation.

Add a Shared agents: section and an Agents: sub-section under each
account. Names are shown without .md, broken links are flagged, and
shared re-links are not repeated under accounts. Real .md files in an
account's agents/ are the user's own and are never listed.

update <name> now also resolves agents (lookup order: skill, behavior,
agent) and relinks to $PWD/<name>.md or --path. update --all scans
~/.agents/agents/ for broken links. Agent sources must be files, so the
directory check becomes a per-kind file-vs-directory check.

Describe agent add/remove in the manual, and extend init, accounts
sync, update, update --all, list and FILES to cover agents.

The agent add/remove feature changed how accounts are wired, listed and
updated, so the corpus was stale. Add a feature doc for agent
add/remove and sync the accounts, list, update, wire, init, config and
cli docs with the new agents/ directory, Kind::Agent and is_live_file.

A user-symlinked ~/.claude-<account>/agents/ is left alone by wiring, but
agent add/remove followed it: a scoped add could land in the shared pool
and a scoped remove could delete the shared link, breaking other
accounts' re-links.

Scoped add/remove now fail before touching anything, and the shared
fan-out warns and skips the account.

Scoped agent add/remove now refuse a user-symlinked account agents/
directory and shared fan-out warns and skips it (2baa7f9). The docs
still described the old write-through behavior, so record the guard,
why it lives in the agent wrappers rather than the shared primitives,
and why scoped commands fail while fan-out only skips.
