Both build jobs skipped musllinux because rustup.rs had no installer for riscv64gc-unknown-linux-musl, and they install Rust in-container through sh.rustup.rs. Rust 1.99.0 (2026-10-01) ships that target with host tools on stable, and the same change for tiktoken (#2629) built and tested musllinux wheels for cp312 through cp314t. Artifact names keep the manylinux_riscv64 suffix so the publish job's artifact-pattern still matches; the musllinux wheels land in the same artifacts via wheelhouse/*.whl. Same change as #2629 for bcrypt: Rust 1.99.0 ships
riscv64gc-unknown-linux-muslon stable, so both build jobs (abi3 and cp314t) can drop the musllinux skip. The second commit clears the 5.0.0 entry in
docs/packages/bcrypt.yamlso this PR's CI rebuilds it.
